Dr. Phil J. Ra
Dr. Phil J. Ra was raised in Southern California, and he’s happy to be living in the Inland Empire as he practices the art and science of dentistry. His childhood goal of becoming a dentist became a reality when he was accepted into the Accelerated Dental Acceptance Program Tract (ADAPT) at the University of Southern California right out of high school (in 1994).
